RESTRICTIONS ON USE OF MATERIALS

This site is owned and operated by READIO® (referred to as "Readio®," "we," "us," or "our" herein). No material from Readio.com or any Web site owned, operated, licensed, or controlled by Readio® may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, or distributed in any way, except that you may download one copy of the materials on any single computer for your personal, non-commercial home use only, provided you keep intact all copyright and other proprietary notices. Modification of the materials or use of the materials for any other purpose is a violation of Readio's copyright and other proprietary rights. In the event that you download PHOTOS from the site, the PHOTOS, including any text, images incorporated in or generated by Readio®, and data accompanying the PHOTOS (collectively, the "PROPERTY"), are not licensed to you by Readio®. Readio® does not transfer title of the PROPERTY to you. You own the medium on which the PROPERTY is recorded, but Readio® retains full and complete title to the PROPERTY and all copyright & intellectual property rights therein. You may not redistribute, sell, compile, convert, reproduce, use as the basis for, including, but not limited to, "DST" (digital satellite transmission), "DVD" (digital versatile disc), "VCD"s, "CD ROM"s, videotapes, books, magazines, newspapers, any form of print media, electronic media, or digital media. SUBMISSIONS

Readio® is pleased to hear from its readers and welcomes your comments regarding Readio®. However, if you send certain specific submissions, including, but not limited to, creative suggestions, ideas, notes, drawings, concepts, or other information (collectively, the "Submissions"), the Submissions shall be deemed, and shall remain, the property of Readio®. None of the Submissions shall be subject to any obligation of confidence on the part of Readio®, and Readio® shall not be liable for any use or disclosure of any Submissions. Without limitation of the foregoing, Readio® shall exclusively own all now known or hereafter existing rights to the Submissions of every kind and nature throughout the universe and shall be entitled to unrestricted use of the Submissions for any purpose whatsoever, commercial or otherwise, without compensation to the provider of the Submissions.

FORUMS AND PUBLIC COMMUNICATION

"Forum" means a chat area, bulletin board, or e-mail function which may be or is now offered as part of Readio.com. You shall not upload to, distribute through, or otherwise publish through Readio.com any content that is libelous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, threatening, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, abusive, illegal, or otherwise objectionable that would constitute or encourage a criminal offense, violate the rights of any party, or that would otherwise give rise to liability or violate any law.

The Forums shall be used only in a noncommercial manner. You shall not, without our express approval, distribute or otherwise publish any material containing any solicitation of funds, promotion, advertising, or solicitation for goods or services. You specifically acknowledge that soliciting other Readio.com guests to join or become members of any commercial online service or other organization is expressly prohibited. You must also follow proper Netiquette whenever you are using Readio.com.

It is our policy to respect the privacy of all guests. Therefore, in addition to the privacy of User Data ( see our Privacy Policy ), we will not monitor, edit, or disclose the contents of a guest's e-mail unless required in the course of normal maintenance of Readio.com and its systems or unless required to do so by law or in the good-faith belief that such action is necessary to:

1. Comply with the law or comply with legal process served on Readio®;
2. Protect and defend the rights or property of Readio®;

These terms will terminate immediately without notice from Readio® if in Readio's sole discretion you fail to comply with any term or provision of these terms. Upon termination, you must destroy all materials obtained from this site and any and all other Readio® site(s) and all copies thereof, whether made under the terms of these terms or otherwise.
