Soap Opera "As The Mouse Moves" - Wednesday December 29th 2004 Tiffany opened the front door of her apartment. "Hi Starlene," she said as her sister walked into the living room and she closed the door. "Hi Tiffany," Starlene said taking off her mink coat and tossing it over the chair. "Gee everybody has a mink coat except me," Tiffany said. "What are you talking about?" Starlene asked as the two sisters walked into the living room of the Bleecker Street apartment. "Deanna came home yesterday dressed in a full length white mink," Tiffany said as they took a seat on the sofa. "Really?" Starlene said. "Yeah, she said Vinny gave it to her." "Really?" Starlene repeated looking upset over the news. "Oh come on Starlene. You can't still have feelings for Vinny." "Well, I don't know. I just resent that he got involved with her almost the next day after I married Stanley." "But you did marry Stanley." "I know. I know. But he had said he'd always love me and he'd be waiting for me, then the next day he's over here in bed with Double D Deanna," she said referring to Tiffany's roommate the topless dancer. "You know I don't like it either," Tiffany said. "Why? Is Vinny hanging around over here?" "No they went to Florida for Christmas." "Get out of here!" "Yeah, she said that Vinny introduced her to his 'family' there," Tiffany said referring to Vinny's Mafia connections in Florida. "They're getting serious," Starlene said pouting. "What bothers me the most is all the money she seems to have lately," Tiffany said. "Why?" "She gave Vinny a Harley Davidson motorcycle for Christmas," Tiffany said. "Oh my gosh. I can't believe it. I bet Vinny looks good on that," Starlene said trying to visualize him on the bike. "I guess. It just bothers me that she's got so much money and she lives here in my apartment with me." "What do you think?" "I just don't know. That strange man called here again the other day too," Tiffany said. "Have you asked her who he is and why he keeps calling here?" "She says she wants to tell me but she can't." "That doesn't sound good Tiffany." "I know. I was all ready to throw her out again..." Tiffany said looking down at the floor. "Well, what happened?" "She gave me more money." "You accepted it?" "She caught me at a weak moment. I had spent all my money on Skeeter's Christmas present and a few bills. I was broke. I was so depressed," she whined. "Well how much did she give you? "Another three thousand dollars," Tiffany said. "This worries me Tiffany. What if she's in the Mafia with Vinny or something." "I know. I should throw her out, but I just can't. I need the money until I get a job." "Throw her out Tiffany." "I can't Starlene." "Well, have you looked in her room to see if you can find any clues about where she gets all that money?" "No," Tiffany said as her eyes widened. CONTINUED TOMORROW. MORE SOAP PHOTOS BELOW.
