Soap Opera "As The Mouse Moves" - Thursday December 9th 2004 Tiffany turned down the volume on the TV and picked up the ringing phone from the coffee table. "Hello," she answered. "Is Deanna there?" a strange man asked. "No, she's not. May I ask who's calling?" "No, I'll try back later," the man said before hanging up the phone. Tiffany hit speed dial and a woman answered the phone. "Morgan residence." "Could I speak to Starlene," Tiffany asked. "May I tell Mrs. Morgan who is calling please?" the housekeeper asked. "It's her sister Tiffany." "Hold on please," the housekeeper said as she hit the button on the phone to buzz Starlene. "Hello," Starlene said as she leaned back on the sofa in the living room of her Upper East Side mansion. "It must be really nice to have a housekeeper and a limo Starlene," Tiffany said. "It is. I just love being married to Stanley," she said thinking about her older wealthy husband. "What are you doing?"' "Just looking through a catalog. Stanley wants to know what I want for Christmas. I can't make up my mind. Why? What are you doing?" "Well, that strange guy called for Deanna again today." "Oh really. This is really suspicious isn't it?" "Yeah. I don't like it at all. I wonder if she's done something that we don't know about?" "You mean like kill somebody or something like that?" Starlene asked. "I don't know. It just makes me nervous that some strange guy keeps calling for her and doesn't leave a message." "I know you don't trust her." "No I don't. I just can't bring myself to like her no matter what she does," Tiffany said. "You still think that she danced for Skeeter when she first came to the apartment and we were in Georgia?" "Yeah. I think she probably did. I have a hard time believing that she didn't either dance for him or show him her 'girls'. I mean she shows them to everyone else," she said referring to Deanna's oversized bosom. "I know. I can understand why you feel that way." "Asking Skeeter doesn't do any good either. I don't trust him not to lie to me." "So what are you going to do?" "I plan on asking her to leave as soon as I get a job. Maybe before I get a job." "You're sure?" "Yeah. I can't live like this. I mean I can't live in the same apartment with a topless dancer." "She does seem nice though Tiffany. I mean she offered to let you borrow Christmas shopping money," Starlene reminded her. "Yeah, look how she made that money Starlene. I don't want any part of this. I don't like her living here and my husband running into her in the hallway," she said referring to Skeeter. "Ex-husband Tiffany. Skeeter is your ex-husband," Starlene reminded her. "Yeah. I can't believe I said that, it's been years since Skeeter and I were married." "Do you want to marry him again?" "If I knew I could trust him." "Besides that, do you want to marry him again," Starlene asked thinking trust with Skeeter wasn't possible. "Yeah, I'd love it," Tiffany confessed. "Then why don't you tell him you want a diamond for Christmas?" CONTINUED TOMORROW. MORE SOAP PHOTOS BELOW.
