1/2 cup all purpose flour 3/4 cup packed light brown sugar 1/2 teaspoon baking powder 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon 2 eggs, slightly beaten 1 cup Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips 1 cup walnuts, coarsely chopped 1 baked (9 inch pie crust) Spiced Cream Topping (see below)
Heat the oven to 350 degrees. Combine the flour, brown sugar, baking powder and cinnamon in medium bowl. Add eggs; stir until well blended. Add chocolate chips and walnuts. Pour into baked pie crust. Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until lightly browned and set. Serve slightly warm or at room temperature with Spiced Cream topping.
Spiced Cream topping: Combine 1 tablespoon powdered sugar, 1/2 cup cold whipping cream, 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract, 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon and a dash ground nutmeg in a small bowl, beat until stiff. Makes 1 (9 inch Pie)
