Central Park is only a few blocks away and so is Lincoln Center. You are blocks away from Times Square too. Sixth picture you see Elite Restaurant on Columbus Avenue. Columbus Avenue is where you find the trendy stores and restaurants. It's really not unusual to see famous people on the sidewalks or sitting at one of these restaurants.
Bottom picture you see Starbucks on Broadway. The sofas in Starbucks are too comfortable. Here you see a sweet dog waiting while his master has a cup of coffee.
