Soap Opera "As The Mouse Moves" - Wednesday May 25th 2005 "Thanks for having us over tonight", Jake said as he watched Tiffany slide into the back of Stanley's long white limo. "My pleasure. Remember what I told you in my office," Stanley whispered as he put his arm on Jake's shoulder. "Yes. Thanks a lot Stanley," Jake said remembering the older man telling him that Tiffany was ready for a romance with him. "Her old man is out of town tonight too," Stanley whispered in his ear referring to Tiffany's ex-husband and next door neighbor. "I worry about that," Jake admitted. "I would go for it tonight. Skeeter can be dealt with later. He's just an ex-husband." "Thanks Stanley," Jake said as he started to get into the back of the limo. "You kids have fun," Stanley said as he leaned down to look inside his limo. "Thanks for giving us a ride home," Tiffany said smiling. "My driver can take you anywhere you want to go. I don't need the car until tomorrow morning. Have fun and live it up," Stanley said winking as he slammed the door and the car started to move forward. "That was nice of Stanley to have his driver take us home," Jake said as he and Tiffany settled back into the leather seats. "Yeah, Stanley is a great brother-in-law." "He really likes you," Jake said glancing at the short skirt Tiffany was wearing. "I like Stanley too." "I like you too Tiffany," Jake said grinning. "I like you too Jake," she said smiling as she looked deep into his eyes. "Where do you want the driver to take us now?" he asked. "Oh, I don't care. It is a little late and we have to work tomorrow." "But you're with the boss, aren't you?" "Yes. I am with my boss." "Would you think I'm a bad boss if I say we can just come in late tomorrow?" "Well, of course not! I think that would be great." "Okay. Would you like to go to a club or something? Maybe have a few more drinks." "We could," she said shrugging her shoulders. "Tell me what you'd like to do." "I just enjoy being with you Jake." "You don't think you'll get too much of me do you?" "I don't think so. I haven't had enough of you yet," she said in her southern accent as she grinned at him. "Well, are you tired?" "No. Not that tired. Are you?" she asked. "No. I'm not tired." "Then what should we do?" Tiffany asked smiling. "How's your new computer doing?" he asked referring to his recent visit to her apartment to set up the new computer. "Great." "Want me to show you a few more things about your new software?" "Yes. That would be great. I have wine chilling." "Okay," he said leaning forward and tapping on the tinted window between the back seat and the driver. "Head towards Bleecker Street, please driver." "Yes sir. And where will be going from there sir?" the driver asked. "That will be it. The lady and I will be staying there this evening," Jake said glancing towards Tiffany. "Right?" he asked as he looked at her. "That's right," Tiffany said grinning. CONTINUED TOMORROW. MORE SOAP PHOTOS BELOW.
