Soap Opera "As The Mouse Moves" - Wednesday May 4th 2005 Tiffany glanced up when the glass doors of the office in the Empire State Building opened. She watched as her well dressed older brother-in-law Stanley walked into the lobby. "Good morning," he said smiling as he walked towards her desk. "Hi Stanley," Tiffany said as she watched him take a seat in a chair near her desk. She knew her sister Starlene had already filled Stanley in on her dilemma. "Is your boss Jake here?" he asked. "In his office on the phone right now," she said nodding towards the office door nearby. "Starlene told me you've got it bad for him," Stanley said grinning as he ran his fingers through his gray hair. "Oh, my sister is making a big fuss over nothing," she said in her southern accent. "I'll ask him to lunch and see what I can find out," Stanley said as the door to Jake's office opened and her new boss walked out. "Good morning Mr. Morgan," Jake said as he walked towards the older man. "Good morning Jake. I stopped by to see if you'd like to meet for lunch today." "Do I have any appointments Tiffany?" he asked glancing towards her. "No, not today," she said as she glanced at her computer screen. "That sounds great. I'd love to," Jake said. "Walk across the hall when you're ready and I'll have my limo out front," Stanley said as he got up and walked towards the door to leave. "I'm looking forward to it," Jake said as he watched the older man walk across the hallway to his office. "That was nice of Mr. Morgan," Jake said as he walked back towards Tiffany's desk. "Stanley's a nice man." "Why don't you call the answering service and join us for lunch." "Oh no. I can't do that," Tiffany said. "No, really. Why don't you join us Tiffany?" "I need to do some shopping during my lunch hour," she lied. "Okay. Maybe some other time," Jake said as he walked back into his office and closed the door. Tiffany glanced up again when the office door opened and her sister Starlene walked into the lobby. "Did Stanley stop by?" Starlene asked. "Yeah," Tiffany whispered as she nodded her head towards Jake's office. "Good. I thought I'd stop by and see if you want to have lunch with me while Stanley takes Jake to lunch?" Starlene asked in a quiet voice. "I don't know." "Come on. We'll have lunch." "No. I think I should stay here. I'll be dying to hear what Stanley finds out." "Okay. I'll stay here with you while they have lunch." "That won't be for a couple of hours though Starlene," Tiffany said. "I'll wait." "That's a long time." "Well, I kinda wanted to give these pictures to Jake too," Starlene said opening her large purse and taking out an envelope. "They aren't the pictures of you in that girly magazine, are they?" Tiffany asked as she glanced at Starlene's voluptuous bosom in the new low cut spring sweater she was wearing. "No Tiffany! Don't you think I know better than that?" "Well, you did pose." "No. I had these new pictures taken just to give to him," she said as she watched Tiffany open the envelope. CONTINUED TOMORROW. MORE SOAP PHOTOS BELOW.
