Soap Opera "As The Mouse Moves" - Tuesday April 5th 2005 "What apartment are you talking about Tiffany?" Deanna asked as she dropped her Go-Go bag on the floor beside the sofa where Tiffany was seated. "I met this real estate guy that has a furnished apartment that you and the other dancer can move into until you find one of your own." "Really? So you're working on getting rid of us?" Deanna asked taking a seat in the chair nearby. "Well, this isn't working out here." "Why? The other girls are sleeping on Aero-Beds in the living room they aren't bothering you," Deanna said referring to her co-workers at the club. "I told you before, I don't want them here." "Well, tell me about the apartment," Deanna said seeing the argument was useless. "It's nice. It's on Park Avenue with a great view. It's furnished and can be rented for up to three months. That gives you girls time to find your own place." "Okay. So you went to see it?" "Yeah. It's really nice. The real estate agent can take you girls over there when you're ready to see it." "Okay, well call him up and tell him I'll go see it." "Okay," Tiffany said starting to feel excited about potentially having her apartment alone. "Let me get his phone number," she said reaching for her purse on the floor. "Here it is," she said pulling out Victor's business card. "I'll call him now," she said as she dialed his phone number. "Victor here," he answered on the first ring. "Victor hi, it's Tiffany." "Hi honey, I'm in your neighborhood right now," he said. "My roommate Deanna is home and she wants to see the apartment." "Great. I can be over there in a minute and take her uptown," Victor said. "Okay. I'll tell her. Hold on," Tiffany said. "Deanna, he can come over now and take you uptown." "I'm ready," she said. "She's waiting here for you," Tiffany said. "Are you going with us honey?" Victor asked. "No, I have plans for later," Tiffany said not wanting to be around him after she had to fight off his advances earlier today when he showed her the apartment. "Okay. See you," Victor said hanging up the phone. "He'll be here soon," Tiffany said. "Where did you meet this real estate agent?" "He's a friend of my sister Starlene's husband Stanley," Tiffany said. "Stanley? That rich old guy?" "Yeah." The buzzer sounded on the wall nearby. "Get that, it's probably him. He was right here in the neighborhood," Tiffany said as she watched Deanna hit the button. "I better get ready to go," Deanna said getting up and walking towards the mirror in the hallway. "Is he good looking?" she asked as she ran her fingers through her hair. "I don't know if you'll think so or not." "I'll let you know when he gets here." "What do you mean?" Tiffany asked as they heard a knock on the door. "I'll wink at you if I think he's cute." "Okay," Tiffany said shrugging her shoulders as if to say she didn't care either way. Deanna opened the door when they heard a tap. "Hi," she said as she saw Victor standing in the hallway. "You must be Double D Deanna," Victor asked glancing at her ample bosom and grinning. "That's me!" Deanna said sticking her chest out and smiling. "Hi Tiffany. We'll see you soon," Victor said as Deanna walked out of the door with Victor. "Yeah, see you sooner or later," Deanna said winking at Tiffany. CONTINUED TOMORROW. MORE SOAP PHOTOS BELOW.
