Soap Opera "As The Mouse Moves" - Monday April 4th 2005 Tiffany walked into her apartment on Bleecker Street and closed the door. She locked the door and dropped her purse on the table nearby. She walked into the living room and took a seat on the sofa when the phone rang. She reached for the phone on the coffee table. "Hello," she answered. "Hi Tiffany! How did it go with the apartment you looked at this afternoon?" her sister Starlene asked. "The apartment was great." "Good! So your stripper roommates will probably take it and move out." "I hope so. I have to wait for one of them to come home so I can tell them about it." "That's too bad they weren't home so they could have gone to see the apartment with Victor," Starlene said referring to the real estate agent her husband Stanley had introduced to Tiffany. "Yeah, I really wish that had happened." "How did it go with Victor?" "He's pushy." "Pushy?" "Yeah, we hadn't been in the apartment two minutes before he tried something." "Really? Well, did you?" "No!" "Too bad you didn't. He's so rich Tiffany. I think he really likes you too." "He's too fast for me," Tiffany said. "I told you that Victor told Stanley that all the girls he takes out go to bed with him on the first date." "Well, I didn't." "I think that's a mistake Tiffany. He might lose patience with you." "Look Starlene. I told you before I'm still involved with Skeeter. I'm not ready to start a romance with Victor." "I've heard it. But Tiffany, you and Skeeter are divorced. You've been through years with Skeeter and it never goes anywhere." "But we're getting along great now. I haven't caught Skeeter lying to me or cheating in a long time." "What does Skeeter have to offer you Tiffany?" "Nothing but his love I guess," she said meekly. "You're getting older. Don't you want more out of life than that?" "I guess. I just don't like Victor being so pushy." "Did the two of you fight?" "He wasn't too happy that I wouldn't let him." "What did he say?" "He got a little angry when I stopped him the third time. He got up out of the bed and grabbed his keys from the table and told me he had to get back to the office." "Got out of the bed! So you went to bed with him?" "No, he kinda shoved me into the bed and started trying stuff." "Oh. I think you should have let him." "Stop saying that. I can't do it unless I feel something for him." "You better hurry up and feel something because Stanley told me that Victor isn't used to being turned down... ever." "Good it's time he knew a real lady," Tiffany said as the door opened and her stripper roommate Deanna walked in. "Deanna just came home. I'll call you later after I tell her about the apartment," Tiffany said. "Apartment?" Deanna asked as she tossed her Go-Go bag on the floor near the sofa. CONTINUED TOMORROW. MORE SOAP PHOTOS BELOW.
