Soap Opera "As The Mouse Moves" - Wednesday March 23rd 2005 "Mr. Morgan's office," Tiffany said as she answered the ringing phone on her desk in Stanley's office in the Empire State Building. "Hi Tiffany," Stanley said. "Hi Stan," she said as she watched the man sitting close by to her desk. "Is my first appointment there yet?" "Yes," Tiffany said. "Put him on the phone okay," Stanley said. "Sure," Tiffany said. "Excuse me," she said as the man glanced towards her. "Mr. Morgan would like to speak to you," she said. "Thanks," he said as she hit the button and the phone rang on the table in the lobby next to the man's chair. "Hello," the man said. "Hi there Victor," Stanley said. "Hi, where are you?" Victor asked. "I'm on the Upper West Side. What do you think? Is she everything I told you?" Stanley asked referring to Tiffany. "That and more. You've out done yourself Stanley," he said glancing towards Tiffany as she read through the folders on her desk. "She's a good girl too. She really needs a boyfriend. She's living in a real hell right now. She's got this ex-husband Skeeter living next door and two or three strippers that have moved into her apartment," Stanley said. "What a situation," Victor said glancing towards Tiffany wishing she were a stripper. "Have you hit if off with her?" Stanley asked. "We're working on it," he said. "I can stay uptown until after lunch if you want. Then you could take her out to lunch," Stanley offered. "That sounds good." "Okay, then put her back on the phone and I'll tell her," Stanley said. "Mr. Morgan would like to speak to you," Victor said. "Thanks," Tiffany said picking up her phone as Victor hung up his phone in the lobby. "Hi Stan," Tiffany said. "I'm tied up on the Upper West Side. Why don't you go to lunch with Victor." "I can't." "Why not?" Stanley asked. "Because Starlene is coming over to take me to lunch." "I'll call her," Stanley said. "I don't know," she hesitated. "It's part of the job to help me handle my appointments. Victor is a nice guy. He's wealthy and he's single," Stanley said. "Okay. If you insist," Tiffany said clearly uncomfortable. "I'll see you this afternoon," Stanley said. Tiffany hung up the phone and glanced towards Victor. She noticed the expensive suit he was wearing. "Victor," she said. He glanced up immediately and smiled. "Mr. Morgan is tied up until after lunch today," she said. "Yes I know, he told me. Would you like to celebrate at Tavern on the Green Restaurant?" "Celebrate?" she asked wondering if she'd missed something. "Our first day of knowing each other," he said grinning. "I don't know," she hesitated. "Your first day on the job too. I insist," he said. CONTINUED TOMORROW. MORE SOAP PHOTOS BELOW.
