Soap Opera "As The Mouse Moves" - Friday November 26th 2004 "Hello," Tiffany said as she placed the phone on her shoulder and leaned back on her sofa. "Hi Tiffany. How was Thanksgiving?" Starlene asked. "Well Skeeter brought over two turkey dinners," Tiffany said as she put her feet up on the coffee table. "Did you ask him if Deanna had danced for him when she interviewed to room with you?" Starlene asked referring to Tiffany's new roommate that her ex-husband had interviewed while they were out of town. "I sure did ask him." "Well, what did he say?" "He said she danced around the apartment a little but didn't take anything off,' she said repeating his words. "Oh really. So she didn't show him her 'girls' like she has everybody else," Starlene said her voice filled with doubt. "That's what he said," Tiffany said. "Hummm," Starlene said. "Yeah I don't exactly believe him either. It was Thanksgiving Day so I didn't want to fight with him," Tiffany said. "So I guess you're going to settle for that, huh?" "Nope. I'm going to ask Deanna if she danced for him," Tiffany said. "Do you really think she'll tell you the truth?" "I don't know, but I have to ask." "Where is Deanna?" "She's in the bedroom," Tiffany said. "Oh, so she's there?" "Yeah, she came home early this morning. I heard the door open, but I fell back asleep." "You wouldn't think strip clubs would be open on Thanksgiving night." "I guess men go to those places all the time. Are you still going to the Park Avenue Society cocktail hour tonight to see if Stanley is there with Lola?" "I am. I've chosen my sexiest low cut dress to wear too." "Are you sure that Stanley's going?" "I don't know. If he doesn't go then that's good, that means he isn't interested in Lola. On the other hand, if he does say he's going out then I know where he'll be," Starlene said referring to her eavesdropping on her new husband and his daughter Jan. "What time is the cocktail party?" "Five o'clock. I have everything all lined up if he says he's going out." "I hope he doesn't go out Starlene," Tiffany said as she heard the bedroom door open behind her. "Morning Tiffany," Vinny said. "Vinny! I didn't know you were here," Tiffany said as she pressed the phone into her shoulder. "Yeah, Deanna stopped by over at Skeeter's last night after work. Then I walked her home," he said grinning as he stood in the hallway in his underwear. "Vinny you and Skeeter live next door," Tiffany said. "I know," he said raising his eyebrows and smiling. "How long was Deanna at Skeeter's last night?" "A few hours," he said. "Why?" he asked as Deanna walked to the door of the bedroom wearing nothing but her birthday suit. "Morning Tiffany," Deanna said. "Vinny bring me my robe from the bathroom would you honey?" she asked walking into the living room where Tiffany was seated. "I better go," Tiffany whispered into the phone. CONTINUED MONDAY. MORE SOAP PHOTOS BELOW.
