Soap Opera "As The Mouse Moves" - Friday November 12th 2004 The phone rang on the nightstand beside Tiffany's bed. She reached over and picked up the phone as she rubbed the sleep from her eyes. "Hello," she said. "Hi Tiffany. Want to go Christmas shopping today?" Starlene asked eagerly. "Starlene it's early," Tiffany said sitting up in the bed. "No it's not. It's already ten o'clock. The stores are open." "Starlene you're rich now, but I'm not working," Tiffany said referring to her sister's recent marriage to the wealthy Stanley Morgan. "I've got extra money. I'll let you borrow some for shopping." "I don't know. I'm tired," Tiffany said. "Why are you so tired?" "I had a hard time sleeping last night." "Why? Don't worry so much," Starlene said thinking it was because her sister didn't have a job. "It was Deanna and Vinny." "Deanna and Vinny? What do you mean?" "I was ready to go to bed and Vinny came over." "Really?" "Yeah, he asked for Deanna and she came out." "Vinny came over to see Deanna?" Starlene said unable to hide her jealousy over her one time Mafia connected lover. "Yeah. He wanted to visit with her. She was in her nightgown and ready for bed." "Why would Vinny do that?" "I guess he's lonely and he's heard that Deanna is a topless dancer." "I see," Starlene said remembering how Vinny had begged her to marry him only a few weeks ago. "They kept me up for hours," Tiffany said pushing the cover back and getting out of the bed. "What do you mean? Kept you up?" "They put on music and I couldn't sleep." "Do you think they did it?" Starlene asked. "I don't know. I heard Vinny ask her about her job. She said, "I know Tiffany told you I'm a topless dancer," and then she laughed. "He knew that she's a dancer. Anybody can tell with the size of those things," Starlene said. "Yeah, he wanted her to answer him like she did us and pull up her shirt and show them off," Tiffany said as the two women laughed. "That is quite a sight," Starlene said remembering the scene. "Well, she did it for him too." "She pulled up her shirt and showed off her double D's?" Starlene asked. "Yeah. I heard that much then they turned on the music." "I wonder if they did it?" "I don't know. I tired to listen but the music was too loud. They stayed up a long time," Tiffany said. "It must have been 2 am before they turned off the music." "Did Vinny go home?" "I'll go see," Tiffany said opening the door to her bedroom and walking into the living room. "The wine glasses are still here," Tiffany said noticing the empty wine bottle on the coffee table. "Do you see them?" "No." "Is she in her bedroom?" Starlene asked. "I'll see," Tiffany whispered as she tiptoed towards Deanna's partially opened bedroom door. "What do you see?" "I see her... and," Tiffany said stepping back when Deanna rolled over in her bed. "What? Is Vinny in the bed with her?" Starlene asked. CONTINUED MONDAY. MORE SOAP PHOTOS BELOW.
