Soap Opera "As The Mouse Moves" - Tuesday November 9th 2004 Skeeter heard a faint knock on the front door of his Bleecker Street apartment. He put his beer can on the coffee table and walked towards the door. "You expecting a delivery?" he called out to his Mafia roommate Vinny that was in the other room. "No man, I'm not expecting nothing," Vinny said in his thick Brooklyn accent. "Who is it?" Skeeter called out as he walked towards the door. "Me," his ex-wife and neighbor Tiffany said as he opened the door. "Hey Baby, what are you doing here?" Skeeter asked. "Skeeter I live right there," she said nodding towards her apartment. "Yeah, but I thought you and Starlene were spending time with your new roommate Deanna." "I want to talk to you. Are you busy?" "No, come on in," he said as she walked into his living room and he closed the door behind her. "What's up Baby?" he asked as he tossed the race car magazines from the sofa to the floor before taking a seat. "I had to get away from Deanna," she said leaning back on the sofa. "I thought you girls were hitting it off." "Look Skeeter I don't have anything in common with her. She's a topless dancer," Tiffany said. "That ain't so bad Tiffany. Give her a chance." "Skeeter, she lifted her shirt and showed Starlene and me her 'girls' like most women show off their bracelets," Tiffany said trying to forget the sight of Deanna's bare double D's. "That must have been something," he said grinning. "That's why I came over here. I want to know if she showed you those things when you interviewed her?" "No Baby," he lied. "Skeeter are you sure?" "Yeah, I'm sure. Why are you asking me this?" "Because she looks at it as nothing. She thinks because they aren't real it doesn't matter." "Who said they aren't real?" "Why Skeeter? Why do you care if they're real or not?" "I don't care. I was just asking," he said shrugging his shoulders. "She told me they're implants." "Oh," he said hoping his disappointment wasn't showing. "Anyone with a brain can look at those things and tell they aren't real," Tiffany said smugly. "Okay. So what's the big deal here?" "I don't like her Skeeter. I wish you hadn't rented the apartment to her without me meeting her first." "What's done is done. She seems like a nice girl to me. You got your rent. What more can I do?" he snapped as Vinny walked into the living room. "Hey there Tiffany," Vinny said. "Hi Vinny." "I hope I'm not interrupting anything important here," Vinny said. "No I just came over to get away from Deanna and her double D's. I couldn't stand it anymore," Tiffany said. "Hey Skeeter maybe we could trade places with her," Vinny said grinning broadly until he noticed Skeeter's annoyed expression. "Is that what you really wanted Skeeter? Did you want to move her in my apartment for your amusement? Is that it?" Tiffany asked as the blood rushed to her face. CONTINUED TOMORROW. MORE SOAP PHOTOS BELOW.
