Soap Opera "As The Mouse Moves" - Wednesday October 27th 2004 Starlene and Tiffany rushed towards the living room as the front door of the apartment opened. The two women had been in the bedroom snooping though the closet to see what the new roommate had moved in yesterday while they were in Georgia. "Hi," the woman said as she walked into the apartment and dropped an overnight bag on the floor beside the front door. "Hi," Tiffany and Starlene said in unison as they stared at the brunette as she walked towards them. "I'm Deanna," she said grinning as she watched the women's eyes focus on her very ample bosom as she walked into the living room. "I'm Tiffany and this is my sister Starlene," Tiffany said as Deanna nodded. "Skeeter told me all about both of you," she said taking a seat in a nearby chair. "We've been in Georgia," Tiffany said as the two sisters' took a seat on the sofa. "Yeah, he told me that you got married Starlene," she said smiling. "Yeah," Starlene said still shocked that Deanna's bust size made her look small. "Skeeter didn't tell me much about you. I had planned to interview the applicants myself before anyone moved in," Tiffany said. "I know. He told me that. I had to make a decision between this apartment and one on the Upper East Side. He was nice enough to go ahead and let me move in," she said leaning back on the sofa. "Yes. I see," Tiffany said not knowing what to say next. "I hope you don't mind. I just really love the location." "Oh it is a great location," Tiffany said as Starlene continued to study the new roommate. "Skeeter is very charming too. He said that you were married to him a long time ago." "It wasn't that long ago," Tiffany said trying to hide her jealousy. "I can't believe you let him get away," she said grinning. "We still see each other," Tiffany said defiantly. "I don't blame you." "Tell me about you," Tiffany said. "I am a dancer. I was married too but I'm getting a divorce now." "Where is your ex-husband?" "He's in Las Vegas," she said. "I just moved here and really needed a place. I've been staying at a hotel the last couple of weeks." "That must have been expensive," Tiffany said glancing towards Starlene to see that she was still studying Deanna closely. "Yeah, the sooner I got out of there the better. I can't stay there much longer. Thank goodness for Skeeter Diamond." She thought about how close the intimacies had become between Skeeter and her on that very sofa where the two women were seated. "Tell me more about your work," Tiffany said thinking about the evening gowns they had seen a few minutes ago while they snooped through the closet. "It's dancing at this club in midtown. It's just something to do until I finish school." "School? Skeeter didn't tell us that you were in school," Tiffany said. "I hope to start classes at New York University. That's another reason I really wanted the apartment since it's so close to NYU." CONTINUED TOMORROW. MORE SOAP PHOTOS BELOW.
