2 cups crabmeat, flaked 1/2 cup water 3 eggs, beaten 2 tablespoons mayonnaise 1 large green pepper, diced 2 large stalks celery, diced 1 small onion, diced 4 heaping tablespoons butter 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon black pepper 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce 2 tablespoons lemon juice 1/2 cup water 1 can cream of mushroom soup 4 tablespoons flour 8 -10 oz. Extra sharp cheddar cheese, grated 3/4 cup corn flake crumbs
Sauté green pepper, celery and onion in butter until tender. Add salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce and lemon juice. Add water to mushroom soup and heat. Add mushrooms and juice. Add flour and simmer until thickened. Add beaten eggs and mayonnaise. Stir thoroughly. Add sautéed ingredients. Fold in cheese and crabmeat. Spoon into baking cups or individual casseroles. Cover top with crumbs. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Bake 30 to 45 minutes. Serves 6
