Soap Opera "As The Mouse Moves" - Wednesday September 22nd 2004 "Look I've got to get downstairs to work. If you need anything Baby, just let me know," Skeeter said kissing his ex-wife Tiffany on the cheek as he got up from the sofa to leave. "Thanks Skeeter," she said watching him walk towards the front door where Vinny was waiting in the hallway. "Starlene are you coming over to Skeeter's apartment to talk to me?" Vinny asked eyeing her pretty legs in the short nightshirt she was wearing. "Vinny I'm not even dressed yet," she said as Skeeter walked past her into the hallway. "That's what he wants," Skeeter said winking at her. "Shut up Skeeter," she said hitting him on the back as he walked out into the hallway to leave. "Look Starlene," Skeeter said turning around and glancing back into the apartment to see that Tiffany couldn't see them. "Vinny loves you Baby. He'll take good care of you. That old man Stanley ain't doing anything. Look how many years you've wasted on him," Skeeter said referring to her older lover. Vinny nodded his approval at Skeeter's words. "I don't know," she said as Skeeter turned to leave. "Do what you want. I'm just trying to give you some good advice. Don't tell Tiffany 'cause I know she doesn't want you to marry Vinny," Skeeter said as Vinny nodded his head in agreement. "Don't you guys be so hard on my sister. Everybody is blaming her for everything. I'm a grown woman and I'll make up my own mind," Starlene said. "See you later Baby," Skeeter said winking at her. "Come on over Starlene. I'll make you breakfast," Vinny said as they watched Skeeter walk down the stairs. "I don't know," she said. "Come on. Why not?" "I'm really upset with you Vinny for trying to run Stanley off." "Well, come on over and we can talk about everything over breakfast." "Okay. Just a second," she said leaving the front door open and walking back into the living room. "Tiffany," she called out. "In here," Tiffany said from her bedroom. Starlene walked to the bedroom door and glanced in as Tiffany was seated and putting on her makeup. "I'm going over to Skeeter's to have breakfast with Vinny," she said. "Starlene are you sure?" she asked. "Yeah, it's time we talk everything over." "Are you going to get dressed?" Tiffany asked glancing at the nightshirt Starlene was wearing. "Yeah. I'll put on my jeans and go. Don't worry about me. Okay?" "Okay. I've said that I'm staying out of everyone's business. I have to let you make your own decision. I'll worry though," she said as Starlene smiled and walked next door to her bedroom. Tiffany heard the closet door open and Starlene dressed quickly walking back into the hallway. "See you," she said as she smiled and walked through the living room to the front door where Vinny was still standing there waiting on her. "Any problem with Tiffany?" he asked eyeing her tight jeans and low cut sweater. "No, none," she said as he opened the door to Skeeter's apartment next door. She closed the door to Tiffany's apartment, then walked into Skeeter's apartment next door. Vinny closed the door behind them and locked it. "I've got a surprise for you honey," he said. "Look Vinny I just came over for us to talk," she said. "I know. But if the talks go the way I want. Then I got a surprise for you," he said in his thick Brooklyn accent. "What kind of surprise Vinny?" "Have a seat over there. I'm going to serve you breakfast and then you get your surprise," he said pointing to the sofa. She glanced at a small well-wrapped gift box on the coffee table in front of her as she took a seat on the sofa. CONTINUED TOMORROW. MORE SOAP PHOTOS BELOW.
