3 cups California seedless grapes 2 large apples, peeled and diced 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped 1 1/2 cups milk 4 eggs 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract 1/2 cup all-purpose flour 1/2 cup sugar Confectioners sugar Cinnamon Sweetened whipped cream
Scatter fruit and nuts in buttered 2 quart casserole. Blend milk, eggs and vanilla in blender; add flour and sugar, blending thoroughly. Pour over fruit. Bake in middle of preheated 350 degree oven for 1 1/2 hours. Cool slightly; dust with confectioners sugar and cinnamon. Serve warm with whipped cream.
