1/2 cup light olive oil 5 teaspoons Cajun seasoning mix 1/4 cup oriental sesame oil 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice 2 tablespoons minced fresh ginger 2 teaspoons dry mustard 2 teaspoons Tabasco sauce 3 pounds large, uncooked shrimp, peeled and deveined (tails intact)
Whisk together all but shrimp in a large bowl. Add shrimp to the mix, stir to coat. Let stand for only 30 minutes, no more. Start grill 10 minutes before putting the shrimp on. Use grill basket or skewers. Grill for 2 to 3 minutes on each side.
