4 eggs beaten 1/2 cup oil 1 cup Bisquick Baking Mix 1 medium onion, chopped 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon pepper 3 cups grated zucchini 1 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese 1/2 cup bread crumbs or wheat germ 2 slices of bacon (cut up)
Mix the eggs, oil, Bisquick, onion, salt, pepper, and zucchini; pour into a greased pie pan. Sprinkle cheese on top; next sprinkle bread crumbs, then bacon. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
