1 pound fresh green beans, tips removed 2 tablespoons butter 2 tablespoons olive oil 4 garlic cloves, minced 8 sun-dried tomatoes finely chopped 3 tablespoons bread crumbs 3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese Salt and pepper
Rinse beans and microwave for 3 to 5 minutes on full power. Heat butter and olive oil in skillet. Add garlic and tomatoes and sauté for 3 minutes. Add beans, bread crumbs, and cheese. Mix and remove from heat. Season with salt and pepper. Serves 6.
