Soap Opera "As The Mouse Moves" - Thursday June 17th 2004 Tiffany kissed Skeeter on the lips quickly before closing the front door and walking back into the living room. "What do you think Tiffany? I bet you're all excited now that Skeeter's getting a divorce," Starlene said as she watched her sister walk into the living room. "I'm kind of surprised. I guess it's the truth. I'll see in a couple of days. He swears she will sign the papers in just a few days," she said taking a seat in the chair near her sister. "Will you marry him again?" "I don't know," Tiffany said thoughtfully. "Oh look at you! You're considering it," Starlene said grinning. "I do love him Starlene. I don't know why... but I do," Tiffany said shaking her head. "What should I do Tiffany? I'm so upset that this TV talk show 'Blonde World' is just a cable TV show. No money, nothing like I thought it would be." "Well, do you think it might grow into something bigger?" "I don't know. He says he'd want me to get out and try to convince businesses to advertise. He says if I could bring in some contracts he'd get the show on air," she said shaking her head in disgust. "It just wasn't the big time thing that Marco made it out to be at all, was it?" Tiffany asked remembering their married neighbor that had led Starlene on. "No, not at all. The worst part is that I might have lost Stanley over this. I mean if he hadn't found out about Marco I would be married now," Starlene said. "I'm sorry honey. It is rotten." "Yes it is. I mean they called me today and told me to come tomorrow and pick up my wedding dress. It's all altered." "That's really a rotten break honey." "Yeah, and on top of that I've got that Lola butting into my relationship with Stanley too," she said referring to the older celebrity that Stanley had a relationship with in the past. "I don't know Starlene. Do you think that maybe Stanley is using some of this just to stall? I mean he hasn't been married in years. Maybe he wasn't going to marry you anyway," Tiffany said. "I hadn't really thought about that," Starlene said as her cell phone rang. She picked up her purse and took out the tiny phone. "Hello," she answered. "Starlene. Remember me?" a man's voice said in a Brooklyn accent. "I think so," she hesitated. "It's me Vinny," he said in his thick accent. "Oh hi," she said not wanting to say his name for fear Tiffany would get upset with her for talking to a man that works for a mob boss in Florida. "I heard you and the old man broke up," he said. "Well, kind of," she said getting up from the sofa with her phone and walking towards her bedroom. She glanced back to see Tiffany turning up the sound on the television. "Who told you that Vinny," she said as she sat down on her bed. "Nicole," he said referring to Tiffany's bosses' wife. "Oh. I didn't know that Nicole knew about it." "Yeah she talks to Stanley from time to time," he said nonchalantly. "What?" she said as anger overcame her. "Yeah, they talks on the phone every once in a while," he said. "I didn't know that. Why would Nicole be talking to my Stanley?" she said hotly. "Look honey, I didn't call you to discuss that old man. I called ya to see if maybe you and me's could get together?" he said in his sexiest voice. CONTINUED TOMORROW. MORE SOAP PHOTOS BELOW.
