One 1 - pound skirt steak, halved crosswise 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice Four 10 inch or eight 6 inch flour tortillas Salt 1 bunch of watercress, large stems removed 2 medium avocados, halved and thinly sliced lengthwise Salsa About 1/2 cup sour cream or plain yogurt
*You can grill the steak outdoors or inside the oven. Place steak and lime juice in shallow dish and turn to coat. Set aside at room temperature for at least 15 minutes and up to 1 hour. Turn once. Preheat the broiler. Wrap the tortillas in aluminum foil and warm in the oven. Broil the steak about 3 inches from the heat, turning once, until rare, about 2 minutes per side. Thinly slice the steak on the diagonal. Season lightly with salt. Line a platter with the watercress and arrange the steak and avocado slices on top. Serve with Salsa, sour cream and warm tortillas on the side. Serves 4.
