1 sheet puff pastry 5 eggs, beaten 1 cup heavy cream 8 ounces sharp Cheddar cheese, grated 6 ounces Swiss cheese, grated 1/2 teaspoon seafood seasoning 1 teaspoon fresh chopped cilantro 3/4 pound crabmeat
Fit puff pastry into a large pie pan. Combine eggs, cream, and cheese. Add the seasoning and stir in the crabmeat. Pour into the pastry shell and bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes, or until a knife comes out clean when inserted into the center. Serves 8.
