2 hard cooked eggs, finely chopped 1/2 cup dried breadcrumbs 2 tablespoons (1/4 stick) butter, melted 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley 1 garlic clove, minced 1 teaspoon salt 4 loin lamb chops (about 1 1/2 inches thick), fat trimmed Paprika
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Combine first 6 ingredients in a medium bowl. Press mixture on the top and bottom of the chops. Wrap each chop in foil. Bake lamp chops for 20 to 25 minutes for medium rare. Preheat broiler. Open foil; sprinkle chops with paprika. Broil until browned, 2 to 3 minutes.
