1 (1-pound) can fresh backfin lump crabmeat
1/4 teaspoon salt
Dash of pepper
1 tablespoon chopped pimento
1 tablespoon chopped green pepper
1 whole egg, beaten
1 cup heavy mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Dash of Paprika

Remove all shell from lump crabmeat so as not to break up the lumps.  Place crabmeat in bowl and add salt and pepper. Sprinkle with pimento and chopped green pepper. In another bowl, beat egg and fold in mayonnaise with Worcestershire sauce.  Place enough of this dressing mixture in the crabmeat to allow it to stick together.  Pack the crabmeat mixture in a crab shell for baking or a shallow pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle top with paprika.
