1 pound crabmeat, picked
2 egg whites, beaten
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon parsley
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 teaspoon mayonnaise
1 teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning
Cooking Vegetable Spray
Thoroughly mix all the ingredients together in a medium bowl. Shape into patties or cakes. Spray a nonstick skillet or griddle with vegetable spray. Cook each side over medium heat until golden brown. Serves 4.
