"Pasta with Ricotta Pesto"

3/4 cup fresh basil
1/4 cup fresh parsley
1 garlic clove
1/4 cup olive oil
1 cup ricotta cheese
1 pound fettuccine, freshly cooked
1 pint cherry tomatoes, stemmed and halved
Freshly grated Parmesan or Romano cheese
Mince basil, parsley and garlic in food processor or blender. Add oil and process until thick, about 10 seconds. Add ricotta and process until well blended. Arrange pasta on serving platter. Pour Pesto over and toss to coat. Top with tomatoes. Sprinkle on grated cheese. Serves 6 to 8.
