1 12-ounce package semisweet chocolate chips 1/2 cup half and half, scalded 1/3 cup hot brewed strong coffee 4 eggs, room temperature, beaten to blend 1/4 cup coffee liqueur 2 cups heavy cream, whipped
Chop chocolate chips in a blender until powdery, about 1 minute. Add hot half and half and hot coffee and blend until smooth, about 1 minute. Add eggs and liqueur and blend until smooth, 1 to 2 minutes. Transfer chocolate mixture to medium bowl. Cool to room temperature. Gently fold in whipped cream. Spoon into serving dish.
