On one of our visits we asked a local for a recommendation for good home cooked "soul food" and we were directed to Mannas Restaurant. Mannas has the best food buffet in NYC. They have several locations; 486 Lenox Avenue, and 51 East 125th Street. Harlem has pricey upscale restaurants with atmosphere, but Mannas can't be beat for great food and value.
