To our Troops Thanks, We Love You!

1 Tsp. Dried mustard
1 cup dry Italian white wine
3 cloves of garlic, crushed
2 tablespoons green olive oil
4 lamb chops, trimmed of fat (about 1 inch thick)
1 medium size onion, chopped
1 tablespoon small capers
1/4 teaspoon Italian herb seasoning
1/2 teaspoon crushed black pepper

Mix the mustard and wine until smooth.  In a large skillet, cook the crushed garlic and onions in the olive oil;  after a few moments, add the lamb chops and brown them quickly on both sides.  Add the mustard, wine, capers, Italian herb seasoning, and crushed pepper.  Cover the skillet and cook for about 10 to 15 minutes, or until the meat is tender.  Serve with vegetables and rice.  Serves 4.
