February 1st 2003 is Chinese New Year! Third NYC picture you see dragons and lion teasers at a New Year's celebration in Chinatown. The parade draws large crowds of people that follow the dragons through the streets of Chinatown. As the dragons stop in front of stores, the drums roll, the dragons bow down and then bless the businesses. Perhaps this year the dragons should go further downtown to Wall Street.
