The word sightseeing takes on new meaning in a city like New York. There is so much to see. On today's photo tour we'll show you some of the landmark sights of NYC.
Top right picture you see the Empire State Building. This shot was taken from across Fifth Avenue looking straight up. On clear days a trip to the top of the Empire State Building offers great views. The elevators are really fast but the lines are really long, so be prepared to wait.
Second NYC picture you see Fifth Avenue at 44th Street. Far distant right you see Trump Tower and across the street is the Peninsula Hotel.
Third NYC picture you see Cooper Union in the Village. To the left you see the top of the Empire State Building.
Fourth NYC picture you see Lexington Avenue. In the distant right you see the top of the Citicorp Building. You really don't need a compass in NYC. All you need to do is remember which tall buildings are uptown and which are downtown and you can find your way around easily.
