6 slices Italian Salami
6 slices boiled ham
6 slices Bologna
12 Black olives
6 ripe green olives
18 curls butter
12 baby artichokes in oil
Arrange the meat slices attractively on a round white serving dish. Prepare curls of butter with a butter curler and place them over the meat as a decoration; or cream some butter until fluffy and pipe a design over the meat. Open each artichoke to a flower shape and place them around the plate together with the black and green olives. Serves 6.
