If you want to see a lot of diverse neighborhoods in a short amount of time, then go downtown. On today's photo tour we'll show you a few of the downtown sights.
Top right picture you see Mott Street adjacent to Little Italy. In the far distance you see the Empire State Building which is located in midtown. Little Italy is about food! Come hungry and enjoy the great Italian Restaurants and warm hospitality.
Center right picture is only a few blocks away on Bayard Street. Here you see merchants selling clothes under an umbrella. Even if you don't shop on the sidewalks it certainly adds interest and variety to your walk.
It's not unusual to see famous people or movie stars downtown. We spotted one of the bright stars of the web! If you can zoom in on the picture to the right you'll see that's the Yahoo! Sports Van. Looks like Yahoo! is headed towards Canal Street and Chinatown which you see in the distance.
