Chinatown is one of our favorite neighborhoods in New York City. It's always lively and colorful. When you walk the streets of Chinatown it's almost as if you have left the USA. You do hear some English spoken here and you will find a few American fast food shops next door to Chinese restaurants.
Top right picture you see vendors selling vegetables on the sidewalk of Chinatown. You can buy fresh vegetables, fruits and fish for a fraction of what you pay in the supermarkets.
Center right picture you see a few signs posted on a doorway of a building on Canal Street. Can you find the payphone?
Bottom right picture you see Canal Street. The entire street is lined with stores and shops. Most of the stores sell merchandise on the sidewalks to attract attention.
