"As we graze it grows"

4 cups of warm water (110 to 112 degrees)
2 packages active dry yeast
1 tablespoon salt
1/4 cup oil
2/3 cup honey
8 cups whole wheat flour

Place the water in a large mixing bowl.  Stir in the yeast, salt, oil and honey until well blended. Add the flour gradually, beating well, until dough is slightly more moist than a regular bread dough.  Let rest ten minutes.  Turn out onto a floured board and knead dough until smooth and satiny, about fifteen minutes.  Place in a clean greased bowl, cover and let rise in a warm place until doubled in size, about 1 1/2 to 2 hours.  Punch dough down and shape into four loaves.  Place in four greased loaf pans.  Cover and let rise until doubled in bulk, about 45 minutes.  Preheat the oven to 450 degrees.  Put loaves in oven and reduce heat to 350 degrees. Bake 45 to 60 minutes or until done.  Makes 4 loaves of bread.
