A visit to Chinatown is like going to another country by subway! It's filled with great Chinese restaurants, street vendors and stores. You almost never pay full price for anything in Chinatown. Part of the fun is negotiating prices in two languages. It's done all day long, everyday. The word dollar is understood universally.
