Daily Photos for 01/15/2002 : Pete's Tavern, South Street Seaport, Gramercy Park
Top right picture you see the skyline of New York City as seen from South Street Seaport. New Yorkers are lucky to enjoy life in this great city and be surrounded by water. A trip downtown to the seaport is a wonderful way to spend a day. You can shop in the huge shopping mall on the pier (not seen here). Then you can treat yourself to lunch at one of the many great restaurants with views overlooking the city.
Center right picture you see Pete's Tavern at 129 East 18th at Irving Place. Pete's Tavern has been around since 1864. They have to be doing it right!
Bottom right picture you see Broadway and Canal Street. In the distance you see the Woolworth Building which is located downtown near City Hall. Chinatown is another area of NYC that you will surely fall in love with. In Chinatown you'll find plenty of shopping, dining and some of the most interesting sights in NYC.
