In the picture to the right you see one of the many seafood markets in Chinatown. The prices are so much less than the grocery stores many people come here just for seafood. The fish is really fresh too, and sure you can bargain with them on this too!

The picture to the right you see the crowded sidewalk of Canal and the shoppers. It's always packed on Canal Street. Since it's illegal for the vendors to sell designer knock-offs they have their merchandise on push carts. If you see push carts being run down the streets, look behind them and you usually see the police chasing them.
Bottom right you see one of the many stores selling food. These stores are stocked full of Chinese teas, herbs, rice, and unusual foods to most Americans. Some of the clerks speak English which is very helpful.
