Cat On A Hot Tin Roof Opened November 2nd 2003
Music Box Theatre, Tickets 239 West 45th Street between Broadway and 8th Avenue; $86-$151; 2 Hours 50 Minutes; 2 15 Minute Intermissions; Tue-Sat 8 PM; Wed, Sat 2 PM; Sun 3 PM.  The 1955 Pulitzer Prize Winning Play by Tennessee Williams presented by Bill Kenwright.  Directed by Anthony Page. Featuring Jason Patric, Ashley Judd as "Maggie", and Ned Beatty as "Big Daddy" in these most famous roles about family rivalries. "Cat On A Hot Tin Roof" originally opened on March 24th 1955 at the Morosco Theatre with Barbara Bel Geddes, Ben Gazzara, Mildred Dunnock, Burl Ives, Madeleine Sherwood, & Pat Hingle.

Ambassador Theatre, Tickets 215 West 49th Street between Broadway and 8th Avenue; "Chicago" previously played at the Shubert Theatre until January 26th 2003. $20-$90. Tue-Sat 8 PM; Wed & Sat 2 PM; Sun 2 PM. 2 hrs 15 min. One intermission. A Fred Ebb, John Kander, Bob Fosse Production; A chorus girl murders her lover. Director: Walter Bobbie. Choreographer: Ann Reinking. Based upon the play of the same name by Maurine Dallas Watkins. Music: John Kander. Lyrics: Fred Ebb.

Drowning Crow Previews January 29th; Opens February 19th 2004
Biltmore Theatre, Tickets 261 West 47th Street between Broadway and 8th Avenue. $51-$81; Tue - Sat 8 PM; Wed, Sat, Sun 2 PM; Emmy Award winner Alfre Woodard makes her Broadway debut in "Drowning Crow" by Regina Taylor. Based on Chekhov's "The Seagull", the story takes place on the Gullah Islands off the coast of modern-day South Carolina. A family of African-American artists come together for a few days. Alfred Molina as "Tevye". Musical director: Kevin Stites; "Fiddler on the Roof" originally opened September 22nd 1964 at the Imperial Theater under Harold Prince, directed and choreographed by Jerome Robbins, with Zero Mostel heading the cast.

Golda's Balcony Opened October 15th 2003

Starring Tovah Feldshuh as Golda Meir. "Golda's Balcony" is the New York Premiere of William Gibson's one-women portrait of Israel's former Prime Minister. Born in Kiev in 1898, Golda Meir was the world's third female Prime Minister. She became Israel's Prime Minister in 1969, after a lifetime of works in the Histradut Trade Union, the Jewish Agency, as Israel's Ambassador to the Soviet Union, a member of the Knesset, Israel's Foreign Minister, and as Secretary General of the newly formed Labor Party. Costumes: Jess Goldstein; Lighting: Howell Binkley; Sound: Mark Bennett; Director: Scott Schwartz; Settings: Anna Louizos; "Golda's Balcony" originally opened March 3rd 2003 at the Manhattan Ensemble Theater.

Shubert Theatre, Tickets 225 W. 44th St. Between Broadway & 8th Ave; $60-$100; Mon-Sat 8 PM; Wed, Sat 2 PM; ~ 3 Hours; One 15 minute Intermission; Bernadette Peters as "Rose" in "Gypsy" will be brought to you by RJK Productions/Ron Kastner in this revival of the 1959 Musical based upon the memoirs of Gypsy Rose Lee. With Tammy Blanchard as "Gypsy", and Kate Reinders as "Dainty June"; The book, by Arthur Laurents. Music: Jule Styne; Lyrics: Stephen Sondheim; "Gypsy" is directed by Sam Mendes with Jerry Mitchell as the Choreographer (based upon original choreography by Jerome Robbins); Settings and Costumes: Anthony Ward; Lighting: Jules Fisher and Peggy Eisenhauer; Sound by Acme Sound Partners. Musical Supervisor: Patrick Vaccariello; Musical Director: Marvin Laird; Featuring the Sid Ramin and Robert Ginzler Orchestra. "Gypsy" originally opened at the Broadway Theatre on May 21st 1959. Ethel Merman headed that cast including Jack Klugman, Sandra Church, Lane Bradbury, and Maria Karnilova under the direction of Jerome Robbins.

Hairspray Opened August 15th 2002
Neil Simon Theatre, 250 West 52nd Street between Broadway and 8th Avenue; 212-307-4100; $60-$100; Mon-Sat 8 PM; Wed, Sat 2 PM; 2 hours 45 minutes; One Intermission; Hairspray is a new musical based on the New Line Cinema film (1988) written and directed by John Waters. The book is by Mark O'Donnell and Thomas Meehan. Music by Marc Shaiman. Lyrics by Scott Whitman and Marc Shaiman. 
Marissa Jaret Winokur and Harvey Fierstein star in Hairspray which is choreographed by Jerry Mitchell ("The Full Monty"). It is under the direction of Jack O'Brien ("The Full Monty") and the costumes are by William Ivey Long. Also featuring, Dick Latessa, Laura Bell Bundy, Linda Hart, Mathew Morrison, Clark Thorell, Corey Reynolds, Kerry Butler, Mary Bond Davis, and Danelle Wilson.
