Soap Opera "As The Mouse Moves" - Friday November 7th 2003 "Come on in", Nicole said holding the door open for her new lover. "Is he gone?" the young man whispered referring to her husband Clark. "Yes, he's gone," Nicole said smiling. "What if he comes back?" "He's gone. He was late leaving he won't be back," she said as he stepped inside the living room of the townhouse. "Who's that?" he whispered in Nicole's ear as she took his coat. "That's Tiffany and she's leaving," Nicole said as Tiffany picked up her purse off of her desk. "Tiffany this is Charlie," Nicole said as Tiffany walked towards the door. "Hi Charlie," Tiffany said taking her coat from the coat rack. "Hi," he said clearly uncomfortable with her knowing he was there. "Starlene should be here any minute with her party invitation list," Tiffany said referring to her sister. "I can take the invitation list from your sister Tiffany," Nicole said nodding her head towards the door for Tiffany to hurry and leave. "We have to call the restaurant this afternoon and give them the number of guests," Tiffany said worried about leaving her job responsibilities. "I'll take care of it," Nicole said glancing across the living room at her young lover, Charlie. She had just given her husband's secretary Tiffany the afternoon off to go shopping for a dress for her sister's upcoming party. With Tiffany gone and her husband visiting his family in Connecticut she would have the townhouse alone with Charlie. "But we have to call the printer this afternoon and give him the names of the guests to be printed on the place cards for the table", Tiffany she said never expecting to have to turn her duties over to Nicole. "I'll do that too," Nicole said watching her lover take a seat on the sofa. "This really worries me that I'm leaving all of this for you to do," Tiffany said as she took her coat from the rack beside the front door. "I can do it. After Starlene leaves this will only take a couple of phone calls and I'll have the entire evening alone... well I'll have the entire evening to enjoy myself," Nicole said smiling at her new lover. "Okay," Tiffany said walking out of the door and closing it behind her. "Aren't you afraid she'll tell your husband I stopped by?" Charlie asked as they listened to the door close. Nicole walked towards the sofa and took a seat beside him. "She knows not to," Nicole said kissing him lightly on the cheek. "I don't want your old man killing me or anything," Charlie said glancing out of the window and seeing Tiffany get into a cab at the curb. "My husband wouldn't hurt a flea. I can handle him even if he did find out," Nicole said leaning back on the sofa. "He doesn't sound like he's man enough for you," he said eyeing her legs as the skirt she was wearing rose up on her bare thighs. "He's not, that's why you're here," she said running her hand over his leg. They both jumped when they heard a knock on the door. "Who's that?" He asked scooting over on the sofa to put distance between them. "Oh it's just Starlene," Nicole said glancing through the window in the living room. "Who is she?" he asked looking through the window and seeing the voluptuous young blonde standing outside of the front door. "I'll get rid of her fast. Why don't you go upstairs? The bedroom is up the stairs to the right," Nicole said watching him quickly get up off the sofa and start up the stairs. Nicole watched as he raced up the stairs taking two steps at a time. When he was out of sight she opened the door. "Hi Starlene," she said as she stood in the doorway. "Hi Nicole. Is Tiffany here?" "No. I gave her the afternoon off to go shopping." "Oh. Well, I was supposed to leave the list here for the restaurant and the printer," Starlene said clutching an envelope. "I'll take it," Nicole said reaching for the envelope. "I wonder where Tiffany went shopping?" Starlene asked. "She said she was going to Fifth Avenue," Nicole said opening the envelope and taking a glance at the list. "I see she left her cell phone on her desk," Starlene said glancing across the room at her sister's desk. "Yep, looks like she did", Nicole said looking towards the desk. "If she calls tell her I left Amir's name on the invitation list as her date. I hope she didn't change her mind," Starlene said worried. "I'll be sure and take care of this," Nicole said. "I have other things to get to now. Thanks for stopping by," Nicole said as Starlene turned to leave. Nicole closed the door and quickly walked towards Tiffany's desk glancing down the list of names. She saw Tiffany's name and Amir's name as her date. She quickly picked up the pen from Tiffany's desk and scratched through Amir and added Brandon Douglas to be printed on the name card as Tiffany's date. CONTINUED MONDAY. MORE SOAP PHOTOS BELOW.
