2 pounds of fresh spinach Salt and pepper 2 1/2 ounces unsalted butter 2 ounces golden raisins, soaked in water for 10 minutes and drained 2 ounces pine nuts
Clean the spinach and wash well under cool running water. Bring 2 quarts of water to a boil. When boiling, season with salt, add the spinach and cook until tender. Drain the spinach and squeeze out excess water. Melt the butter in a large skillet. Add the spinach and cook over medium heat for about 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
