1 1/2 pounds unpeeled medium size fresh shrimp
1 (8 ounce) bottle Italian salad dressing
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup water
1/2 teaspoon dried crushed red pepper
8 Raw Pearl Onions
16 small fresh mushrooms
2 small zucchini, cut into 1 inch slices
1 large sweet red pepper, cut into 1 inch pieces

Peel shrimp, leaving tails intact;  De-vein, if desired. Combine salad dressing and next 3 ingredients in a large shallow dish; Add shrimp, stirring gently to coat. Cover shrimp, and marinate in refrigerator 3 to 4 hours, stirring occasionally. Parboil onions 5 minutes; drain well, and set aside. Drain shrimp, reserving marinade. Bring marinade to a boil over high heat;  remove from heat, and set aside. Alternate shrimp and vegetables on eight 12 inch skewers. Grill, uncovered, over medium hot coals 350 degrees to 400 degrees for 3 to 4 minutes on each side or until shrimp turn pink, turning and basting frequently with saved marinade. Serves 4.
