1 lb. Mixed soft fruits, such as peaches, apricots, strawberries, or kiwi fruit 3 tablespoons of superfine sugar 1 egg white 3 tablespoons of liqueur such as, Galliano, Kirsch, Grand Marnier, Drambuie Grated rind and the juice of 1 orange 2/3 cup heavy cream, whipped
Place the prepared fruits in a glass bowl, cut into spoon size pieces. Sprinkle with the sugar, 1 tablespoon of the liqueur and the orange juice. Cover and let set for about 2 hours. Whisk the egg white until stiff, then fold into the cream with the remaining liqueur and the orange rind. Serve with liqueur cream. Serves 4. Critics rate "As the Mouse Moves" as HOT!
