2 tablespoons olive oil 1 tablespoon butter 1 clove garlic, minced 1 teaspoon mace 1 teaspoon white pepper 3 tablespoons prepared sweet mustard sauce 1/4 cup clam juice 2/3 cup cognac 2 cups cooked lobster meat, cut into bite-sized pieces Linguine
Boil water in a large pot. Heat olive oil and butter in a saucepan. Add garlic and sauté until clear. Stir in mace, pepper, mustard sauce, clam juice and cognac. Add lobster and heat 10 minutes. Place pasta in boiling water. When pasta is done, drain and place on plates. With a slotted spoon, remove lobster from sauce. Toss pasta and sauce together to coat evenly.
