CASTING! BECOME A STAR ON THIS INTERACTIVE SOAP OPERA. SEND YOUR PHOTO, CLICK FOR DETAILS! Soap Opera "As The Mouse Moves" - Friday March 7th 2003 Tiffany folded the newspaper and put it on her desk when she heard the front door of the townhouse open. "Hello Tiffany," Jan said walking in and closing the door behind her. "Hello Jan. Clark and Nicole are out on an appointment," Tiffany said hoping Jan would leave. "Good. I came to see you not Clark," Jan said taking off her full-length mink coat and tossing it over the back of a nearby chair. She walked towards Tiffany and took a seat in the chair next to Tiffany's desk. "How are you?" she asked noticing the newspaper on Tiffany's desk. "Fine," Tiffany said turning the page in her appointment book as if she weren't interesting in talking. "Tiffany. I want to talk to you." "What's on your mind?" "It's the divorce. Did you sign the papers?" "No." "Why not?" "I don't like the way you think you can come in here and try to pay me to divorce my husband Jan." "I only wanted to make your life a little easier. I thought maybe that would help." "Jan you want to marry my husband. That's the reason you were trying to bribe me into signing the papers." "I didn't come here to get into a nasty argument with you Tiffany. I hoped we could settle this like ladies." "I don't see where there's anything to settle. I am still married to Skeeter. You put the announcement in the newspaper that the two of you are engaged and now you're worried." "I'm not worried Tiffany. I think you're the one that should be worried." "I think this is your problem Jan Morgan. I think you've gone too far this time," Tiffany said remembering all of the times that Jan had tried to get her fired. "No. Once again you are showing your lack of sophistication Tiffany," Jan said picking a piece of lint from her suit as she crossed her legs. "What are you implying now?" Tiffany said closing her appointment book and staring at Jan with narrowed eyes. "Tiffany I see the newspaper on your desk." "So?" "You are aware that Amir's wife might have been found dead?" "Yes, what has that got to do with my divorce to Skeeter, Jan?" "Well, I've had several phone calls from the press asking me about your relationship with my associate Amir," Jan said tapping her long manicured nails on Tiffany's desk. "Oh," Tiffany said remembering the covert phone call she got at home last night from 'NYC Investigative Magazine'. They tricked her into coming to the phone telling her sister Starlene that a florist was calling. "Oh, I see you look as if you are beginning to wake up here," Jan said smiling. "What are you saying Jan?" "That everyone knows you were with Amir the night his wife disappeared. Everyone knows you were on his yacht. Now they've found the body of a woman in the Hudson River, that is probably his wife. How do you think it's going to look? Tiffany you were alone with a very wealthy married man. You're still married. You aren't a woman of means. Now you won't give your estranged husband a divorce because he's engaged to me. I'm a very wealthy, well-known woman. I think you should have taken me up on my offer of cash the other day. Now I'm not offering you money anymore. I'm telling you that if I have to walk out of this office today without the signed divorce papers, then I'm going straight over to the office of 'NYC Investigative Magazine'. I'll tell them everything I know about you." CONTINUED MONDAY. MORE SOAP PHOTOS BELOW.
