CASTING! BECOME A STAR ON THIS INTERACTIVE SOAP OPERA. SEND YOUR PHOTO, CLICK FOR DETAILS! Soap Opera "As The Mouse Moves" - Wednesday February 26th 2003 "Morning Tiffany," Greg said as he opened the front door of the townhouse where she works near Washington Square Park. "Morning Greg. Clark and Nicole aren't here. They left me a note saying they were going out on a call this morning. They left your check though," Tiffany said noticing the gloomy expression on the young neighbor's face. "I knew they wouldn't be here," he said taking the envelope from Tiffany. "Well, at least Clark was thoughtful enough to leave your paycheck." "It's my final check." "Final. Did Clark fire you?" Tiffany asked wondering if Clark had caught the young man with his wife Nicole. "No. My parents are moving away and I have to go with them," he said looking down at his feet. "Wow. Where?" "North Dakota." "Oh my. That's a long ways away. What about school?" "I'll have to transfer to another college there. My Dad lost so much money in the stock market. I don't have any choice," he said wiping a tear from his eye. "I feel so bad for you Greg. I know you'll miss New York. Does Nicole know about this?" "Yeah. I met with her last night while Clark was visiting his parents upstate," he said as his eyes glazed over with memories of their hours of passion upstairs in the bedroom. "I see," Tiffany said disgusted as she realized Nicole had once again taken the young man upstairs while her husband was out of the office. "She's something else Tiffany." "Oh she sure is Greg. What did she say?" "That she understood why I had to go and that she'd miss me." "Well, this is for the best Greg. You know one day Clark might catch you with his wife and it's just hard to tell what might happen." "She would be worth dying for," he said wiping fresh tears from his youthful face. "No one is worth that." "You just don't know Tiffany. Nicole is so special. I haven't given up on us yet." "Greg she's married." "She doesn't love Clark though." "Well, you might be right about that." "I know I am. She couldn't be with me like that and love him." "Well, I don't know. Some people can do things like that and it doesn't seem to mean much to them," Tiffany said thinking about her estranged husband Skeeter. "I know you're older and bitter because you had a bad marriage. You just don't understand." "I'm not that much older than Nicole," Tiffany said defensively. "Yeah, you look good for a woman your age. I didn't mean that. You look great! If I hadn't been in love with Nicki maybe you and I would have... you know?" he said glancing back down at his shoes as he clinched the envelope in his hand. "Forget it. It's okay. I know what you mean. Well, when are you leaving Greg?" "In a couple of days." "In a couple of days?" "Yeah, my family didn't tell me until just the other day. My Mother found out about Nicole and they were afraid of what I might do." "What do you mean? What did they think you might do?" "Go off or something," he said with a distant look in his eyes. "You mean like leave town so you wouldn't have to move with them?" "No. Like go off... I mean like go nuts and start doing stuff." "What kind of stuff Greg?" "Like you know. Like tell Clark about me and Nicole before I leave or something like that." "Are you going to do that?" "I don't know." CONTINUED TOMORROW. MORE SOAP PHOTOS BELOW.
