CASTING! BECOME A STAR ON THIS INTERACTIVE SOAP OPERA. SEND YOUR PHOTO, CLICK FOR DETAILS! Soap Opera "As The Mouse Moves" - Wednesday February 19th 2003 "Hay Baby," Skeeter said smiling broadly as he watched his estranged wife Tiffany walk into the dimly lit bar on Bleecker Street. "Hi Skeeter. How was your day?" Tiffany said taking a seat beside him in the booth as she unbuttoned the front of her jacket. "Oh pretty good I guess," he said in his slow southern accent thinking about the lunch he had with Jan's father Stanley. "What would you like to drink Baby?" he asked motioning for the waitress. "Just a glass of white wine," Tiffany told the waitress as Skeeter put his arm on the leather booth and nudged a little closer to his estranged wife. "I'm glad you agreed to have a drink with me. I was thinking maybe after we have a drink we could go over to this restaurant in New Jersey." "I don't know Skeeter. One step at a time here," Tiffany said smiling as the waitress placed the glass of wine on the table in front of her. "It's real nice Baby. The windows overlook the river and the skyline of the city." "It sounds pretty Skeeter," she said taking a sip of her wine as she admired her estranged husband's thick black hair. "There's a hotel right there too. We could get a room after supper," he said in his sexiest voice. "Skeeter. You know I just agreed to talk to you. That's all, just talk," she said smiling as she realized he didn't plan to give up too easily. "Okay. We'll talk then," he said taking a sip of his beer. "Where's Jan tonight?" Tiffany asked. "Oh she's probably at one of her uppity socialite parties." "What did you tell her you were doing?" "I told her I was working," he said sliding his arm around Tiffany's shoulders and pulling her closer to him. "So you lied to her?" "Come on Baby. I wanted to talk to you and see if we could save our marriage." "It's the lying that wrecked our marriage," Tiffany said as the waitress came towards their booth. "I'm leaving for the evening and the other waitress will be taking over for me. Do you need anything else before I go?" the waitress asked. "No," Skeeter said as she walked away. "Skeeter I don't think we could be married again. I can't handle the lies." "Tiffany be reasonable Baby. We are in an emergency situation here. I have to get things straightened out with you now," he said referring to his recent engagement announcement to Jan Morgan. "I don't think you've changed Skeeter." "Tiffany I love you. I've always loved you Baby. You were wrong when you thought I'd cheated. You left me in Georgia. You made a fool of me. You moved to New York City and then you got involved with that rich foreigner… Amir." "Let's don't bring him into this," Tiffany said as she felt the emptiness in her heart after so many months of not seeing her wealthy lover. "Well, if it weren't for him I wouldn't have gotten involved with Jan." "How can you blame him for your engagement Skeeter?" "Because I thought I'd lost you Tiffany. Look we have to stop this. If we don't soon get back together it's going to be too late." "Why because you'll be married to Jan?" "No. It's just that too much time will have gone by. Too much distance. Look Baby when I kissed you the other day I could feel it. You still love me Tiffany," he said in his most sincere voice. CONTINUED TOMORROW. MORE SOAP PHOTOS BELOW.
