Soap Opera "As The Mouse Moves" - Monday December 30th 2002 "Look Greg, go home and have a nice holiday and forget about Nicole," Tiffany said patting the young man's shoulders as he wiped away tears. "That's easy for you to say, you don't know how much she's hurt me," he said looking deep into Tiffany's eyes as they sat together on the sofa of the townhouse where she worked. "Greg, I do understand. I've been hurt before too. My husband cheated on me so many times. He even cheated with my best friend Brenda," Tiffany said remembering the pain that Skeeter had caused her. "You've been married?" "Yeah, well actually I'm still married, we never divorced." "Where's your husband now?" "He lives over on Bleecker Street" "Do you still love him?" "I still care a lot. I can't live with him though because he can't be trusted," Tiffany said wondering if the familiar pain would ever leave. "I think I could trust Nicole though. She just got married to the wrong person." "Look Greg, Nicole's had other affairs," Tiffany said trying to avoid his eyes. "No, I don't believe that." "It's true. Don't tell her that I said that. I have to work with her and she'd be angry." "Oh I would never say anything," he lied wondering if he told Nicole it would convince her of his overwhelming loyalty. "Nicole's married and you're too young for her. You can find a nice young girl at school or something," Tiffany said rubbing his shoulder and smiling. "No. I'm not like that Tiffany. I've fallen in love with Nicole and I'll just have to wait until she leaves Clark." "Aren't you afraid that Clark will find out that you've been coming over here when he's gone and get really angry with you?" "Well, yeah. I've thought about that, but then I guess that would force them to get a divorce wouldn't it?" "Greg, you shouldn't think like that. It might get you in a lot of trouble. What if that didn't break them up? Have you ever thought of that?" "No. I know she loves me. I can tell." The phone on Tiffany's desk rang. She patted the young man on the shoulder and quickly got up to walk across the living room to answer the phone. "Manhattan Party Planning," she answered. "Tiffany how are things at the office," Clark asked. "Quiet. Nothing is going on around here Clark," Tiffany said glancing towards Greg wondering what Clark would think if he knew the conversation that was going on in his living room. "Nicki and I are flying back tonight." "Oh, so you and Nicole we'll be here for New Year's Eve." "Yeah, Nicki wants to celebrate in New York." "I thought her father was having a big party there in Florida." "Yeah, he is. I did all of the plans for it. I really wanted to stay but Nicole is anxious to get home for some reason." CONTINUED TOMORROW. MORE SOAP PHOTOS BELOW.
