Soap Opera "As The Mouse Moves" - Wednesday September 11th 2002 Clark closed the door to the townhouse and glanced through the window waving at Jan as she walked over the cobblestones towards her limo parked at the curb. "Clark, has Jan left?" Nicole called out from the kitchen. "Yeah, honey. She just left." "Then come here. We have to talk," Nicole yelled. "Okay, coming," he said walking from the living room and through the swinging door to enter the kitchen. He saw Nicole standing at the kitchen sink with her back to him. "I missed you honey," he said walking up behind her and putting his arms around her. "Really, I wasn't gone that long," she said remembering the hour of passion she had just spent at Skeeter's apartment on Bleecker Street. "Yeah. We haven't been apart more than a few minutes since our wedding," he said kissing her softly on the neck. "Yeah. Yeah. What's this about Jan taking care of your business?" She asked turning to face him. "Just while we're in Florida." "I never said I'd go to Florida Clark." "I can't leave you here. I'd miss you too much." "I'm not going. You can just call Daddy and go down when he hooks you up with some of his parties," she said referring to her mob boss Father that lives in Florida. "But I'll need you with me Nicki." "I don't want to go. I'm sick of my Father and his business." "Oh, you're just tired honey. Do you feel okay?" he asked watching her closely. "Yes. I feel fine! Why did you have to make that stupid comment in front of Jan about making my Daddy a grandfather," she said her voice filled with disgust. "Because that's what I hope will happen Nicole. I hope you get pregnant soon. Wouldn't that be wonderful?" he said touching her chin with his finger. "No." "Oh. You're just tired. Want me to get you something to eat," he said walking towards the refrigerator and opening the door. "No. I'm not hungry. Besides, I don't like Jan," Nicole said walking towards the refrigerator and pushing the door closed. "Why?" "Because she doesn't like me." "Oh. Is it because of her Father Stanley and that little thing?" he said referring to the fact that Stanley's girlfriend Starlene had caught the two of them in an act of passion on the sofa in his office. "Yes. It's because I did it with Stanley," Nicole said. "That was before us. You came to work for me and after we met everything has changed honey. Everyone knows that now," he said walking towards her and putting his arm around her waist. "Nothing has changed as far as Jan is concerned. I don't like her. I don't want her watching the business while you're gone." "Well Nicki, you don't like Tiffany and you said you want me to fire her," he said remembering their conversation earlier this morning. "Well, I don't like her either," Nicole said thinking about the fact that Tiffany's sister had just seen her leaving Skeeter's apartment a few minutes ago. "You told me to fire Tiffany and you don't want Jan running the business…what can I do honey?" "I'll take care of it while you're gone," she said smiling as she propped herself up onto the kitchen counter. "You?" he said smiling. Nicole had never so much as answered the phone at his business. Her first day on the job the attraction between them had started. He realized the first day when Nicole had smiled and brushed her firm young bosom against him that Tiffany would have to carry the work load. "Yeah. I'd be good at it. At least you can really trust me," she said crossing her legs and leaning back seductively allowing her short skirt to rise up on her bare thighs. "But I'd miss you while I'm gone," he said watching her legs as she slowly uncrossed them and motioned with her index finger for him to come closer to her. He walked to the bar and stood in front of her. "I'll take care of you and your business Clark," she said unbuttoning her blouse and exposing her firm young bare bosom as she grabbed him by his belt and pulled him closer to her. "Here?" he asked nervously. "Here and now," she smiled as she unbuckled his belt. CONTINUED TOMORROW. MORE SOAP PHOTOS BELOW.
